Refund Policy

We want you to love your dap Skincare products. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

For any return or refund request, please email support@dapskincare.com.au with your order number, full name, and a brief description of the issue (photos are helpful for anything damaged or faulty).


Quick summary

Change of mind (unopened only): Request within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping at your cost.

Wrong, damaged or faulty item: Contact us within 7 days of delivery—we’ll repair, replace, or refund according to Australian Consumer Law. Return shipping is on us.

Used/opened skincare: For hygiene and safety, we can’t accept returns if a product has been opened or used (unless faulty).

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error.


Change-of-Mind Returns (Unopened Only)

If you’ve changed your mind, you may return unopened, unused items in the original, sealed packaging within 7 days of delivery.

Email support@dapskincare.com.au for approval and return instructions.

You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs and keeping a trackable return label.

Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method (allow 5–10 business days after we process the return).

We cannot refund original shipping charges for change-of-mind returns.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened skincare, testers, or partially used items unless the product is deemed faulty.


Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@dapskincare.com.au with photos of:

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law. If a return is needed, we’ll provide a pre-paid return label.

Final sale/clearance items (if marked “Final Sale” at purchase)


Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. Please follow the return process above; once your refund is processed, you can place a new order.


Order Cancellations & Address Changes

We work quickly to pack orders. If you need to cancel or change your address, email support@dapskincare.com.au within 1 hour of placing your order. Once an order is fulfilled, we can’t make changes.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days after we process your return for your bank to post the refund.

Original shipping fees are not refundable unless we made an error.


Your Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality.
